Launched in 2010 as the SugarCRM Inc. partner in Eastern Europe/CIS (probably the oldest one in that region), CRMguru has grown up to the international, multi-vendor CRM implementation and consulting company. We still do a lot based on Sugar platform, but we believe that in the modern highly dynamic world of business software there is no 'one ideal CRM'​ for every customer and any task. That is why we now come to our customers as a man with a full toolbox, and each tool is a certain CRM platform, or some vertical solution, or a connector to other software. And the client has a possibility to get all the information about pros and cons of these tools and a freedom to choose the one (or the combination) that suites best his specific case and budget. Our main development office is located in the heart of Siberia, in Novosibirsk city, also known as the 'Silicon Taiga'​, where such international software vendors like IBM, Intel, HP, Parallels have their development centers established. Such location gives us an access to highly skilled IT personnel, yet for the acceptable cost.
